🧭 1. Coaching Services, Not Financial Advice

Red Dirt Financial provides educational coaching and values-based financial guidance. I do not offer:

Investment advice
Legal advice
Tax planning or preparation

While I am currently pursuing certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), I am not yet certified or licensed to manage investments or provide fiduciary advice. Everything I offer is intended for informational and coaching purposes only.

💬 2. Confidentiality

I take your privacy seriously. Everything you share in coaching sessions or intake forms is confidential and will never be shared without your permission, except as required by law.

If I ever want to reference your experience anonymously (such as in a testimonial or case study), I’ll always ask for consent first.

💸 3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Coaching sessions and digital products are offered with clear pricing and options.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
Refunds for coaching services are not guaranteed after sessions are completed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Digital downloads (like worksheets or templates) are non-refundable once accessed.

You may receive emails, updates, or scheduling messages from me related to your coaching experience or newsletter. You can opt out at any time.

Please let me know if you prefer to be contacted via text or email for reminders and follow-up.

By using this website or working with Red Dirt Financial, you agree that you are responsible for your own financial decisions and outcomes. While I will do my best to support you, I cannot guarantee any specific results. You agree not to hold me liable for decisions made based on coaching conversations or tools.
