Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Red Dirt Financial, I aim to offer coaching that feels grounded, supportive, and respectful of your time and energy — and mine.

🗓 Session Cancellation Policy

I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Life happens — I get it. But notice helps me serve others and protect everyone’s time.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled at no cost.

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit that session without refund, unless due to emergency.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. I’m not here to take your money if something isn’t working — but I do ask that you show up with intention and honesty.

• For one-time coaching sessions, refunds are not guaranteed once the session is completed.

• For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be refunded (minus any used sessions) if requested within 30 days of purchase.

• If you’ve purchased a digital product (like a worksheet or template), these are generally non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.
