Veterans know what it means to start over.Whether it’s the shift from combat boots to work boots or from a military paycheck to civilian uncertainty, the transition back into “normal” life is anything but simple — especially when it comes to money.
That’s where Red Dirt Financial comes in.
I started this practice because I’ve lived the mess. I’ve been the guy trying to rebuild with a duffel bag full of stress and a bank account that barely made it through the month. I know what it’s like to wonder how to provide for your family while still trying to heal from what you’ve been through.
Red Dirt Financial isn’t about selling you a budget template and calling it a day. It’s about sitting down, one-on-one, and saying:“Let’s figure this out. Together.”
What We Do
At Red Dirt Financial, I offer:
Free 30-minute consultations (because no one should have to pay just to get started)
Personalized coaching that fits your life, not someone else's
Practical tools to help with budgeting, planning, and getting back on your feet
This isn’t investment advice. It’s real-world support for veterans who are trying to rebuild — not just their money, but their confidence, their future, and their peace of mind.
We Don’t Do Shame Here
This is a shame-free zone. Whether you’ve been in debt, never had a budget, or are carrying the weight of decisions made during hard times — I’m not here to judge. I’m here to help.
Through blog posts, stories, and tools on the site and in the Red Dirt Financial Dispatch newsletter, I share not just strategies — but my story, too. Because I believe healing happens in community. And building something new takes more than just numbers on a spreadsheet — it takes support.
Why Red Dirt?
Because I grew up on a red dirt road in Texas.Because I know what it feels like to come from humble beginnings and still want more — not just materially, but emotionally, relationally, spiritually.Because I believe every veteran deserves a plan that feels like home.
You don’t have to do this alone.
